Deputy Silvio Costa Filho (Republicans – PE) presented an opinion for the constitutionality, legality and good legislative technique to the Complementary Law Project (PLP) 143/2019, which aims to prohibit the limitation of commitment and financial movement of INPI (Institute) expenses National Institute of Industrial Property).
