Artificial intelligence

The objective of the Artificial Intelligence Commission is to monitor and study legal standards and AI regulations, as well as debate AI issues and challenges that may impact Intellectual Property rights.

The main topics of discussion will be related to patentability and other forms of protection of creations developed by Artificial Intelligence, as well as possible issues of IP infringement by AI systems. The committee also intends to get involved/contribute in matters relating to copyright and other areas of IP, collaborating with other ABPI study committees.
