Art and Culture Law

The Art and Culture Law Committee aims to debate relevant topics within the cultural market and arts related to Intellectual Property, as well as further qualify members in this area, through periodic meetings and events, which can take place in linked spaces to the arts.

Other issues that must be addressed concern laws encouraging culture, artistic cultural heritage, access to culture as constitutional premises, art in appropriation and its relations with Law, acquisition and ownership of works of art, the transfer of collections, collections public and private, commissioned works, art auctions, international art and cultural heritage law, art in international trade, collection and collecting in art, among many other very relevant topics.
