Advertising Law

The Advertising Law Study Committee is dedicated to studying Intellectual Property issues related to the advertising market, such as personality rights, industrial property, copyright, unfair competition, as well as broader topics, relevant to advertisers and agencies. , such as the use of artificial intelligence in the content industry, digital influencers, children’s and comparative advertising, among others. Its main focus is to strengthen the debate between legal experts and the advertising market as a whole in order to foster knowledge about the laws and regulations applicable to advertising, as well as best practices for creating safe and effective campaigns.
