Normative Act No. 23/2021, signed by Judge Henrique Carlos de Andrade Figueira and published in DOERJ on October 18, 2021, defined and informed as special and the territorial scope of the “1st Justice Center 4.0” of the Judiciary Branch of the State of Rio of January. The Nucleus will be competent to process and judge actions on industrial property, copyright and trade name, as defined in item ‘f’, item I, of article 50 of Law No. 6956 / 2015 (Law of Organization and Judicial Division of the State of Rio de Janeiro) and jurisdiction over the entire territory of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
The Nucleus will work with three judges of law, appointed by the President of the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro, through a previous Notice, pursuant to the provisions of article 4 of Resolution TJ / OE No. 20/2021.
