ABPI and WIPO enter into an agreement to promote the use of dispute settlement mechanisms outside the Judiciary

The Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Center of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (CSD-ABPI) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center have just signed a collaboration agreement for the use of out-of-court settlement mechanisms disputes in the area of ​​Intellectual Property, reducing the negative impact of legal proceedings in this area. Cooperation will also extend to the exchange of experiences and the joint promotion of events, mainly in the area of ​​mediation and arbitration.
