INPI published the 4th. editing of second instance decisions on patents. In this edition, for the first time, decisions by the Directorate of Patents, Computer Programs and Topographies of Integrated Circuits (DIRPA) were included and not just decisions by the General Coordination of Administrative Nullity Appeals and Proceedings (CGREC). In the four editions, there are already more than 2,400 second instance decisions covering different topics of the exam guidelines, all indexed for easy consultation.
