Acting as guardian of Intellectual Property, ABPI has always been at the forefront of academic and legal discussions on the subject.
With reporting and collaboration, it became a voice and a positioning space, in addition to offering security
legal when acting in actions with authorization in defense of the interests of the market.
ABPI aims to discuss relevant topics and deliver quality content with a direct impact on innovation and economic development.
The partnership between ABPI and the National Intellectual Property Strategy (ENPI) — which is part of the Interministerial Group on Intellectual Property (GIPI) — has several objectives, including promoting Intellectual Property throughout Brazil.
One of the initiatives of this partnership is organizing events across the country to explain what Intellectual Property is. ABPI and ENPI have also jointly produced two videos: one highlighting Intellectual Property as a driver of the global economy, and another focusing on green patents. These patents protect technologies developed to address environmental challenges and climate change — green innovations.
