Trademarks

The ABPI Trademark Commission is dedicated to create studies and foster technical discussions on the Trademark Rights and related topics. It promotes debates on legislative and jurisprudential innovations about these issues and provides subsidies for their standardization by the National Institute of Industrial Property – INPI.  The Commission also acts to promote events and debates in order to give visibility to the need for solid protection of trademarks and related rights.

The Commission also participates in AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle) study groups to develop a more synchronized international legislation in this field.
