Workshops on Intellectual Property

ABPI’s partnership with the Brazilian National Intellectual Property Strategy (ENPI), which is part of the Interministerial Intellectual Property Group (GIPI) under the Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce, and Services (MDIC), has several objectives, one of which is to promote knowledge of Intellectual Property throughout Brazil.

Among the initiatives already being implemented, ABPI will hold the “Workshops on Intellectual Property” at the beginning of December. This series of online events will showcase successful cases of the practical and strategic use of Intellectual Property.

The events will take place on December 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 10, featuring success stories from several areas, including Industrial Design, Trademarks, Patents, Copyright and Entertainment, Anti-Piracy, and Trade Dress.

The workshops will bring together speakers from the BPTO, WIPO, lawyers, technical experts, and professors, all with extensive knowledge of the subject, to offer comprehensive workshops that allow business owners, lawyers, and students to deepen their understanding of IP and learn, through practical analysis, how to act strategically in the different areas of the field.

The workshops will be free of charge. Check the program below and register.
