A Series of Debates is Coming

The Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) is organizing a debate on “Decoding Copyright in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” to be held on December 11, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (BRT), in São Paulo. The event will address topics such as plagiarism, the public domain, the scope of copyright protection, and more. This debate marks the launch of the Forum on Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property, an initiative by ABPI aimed at regularly discussing Intellectual Property topics from the perspective of Artificial Intelligence. The objective is to deepen the dialogue at the intersection of these two fields, considering Bill 2,338/2023, which focuses on the use of Artificial Intelligence.
