On May 12th at 10 a.m. (BRT), ABPI will promote the webinar “Mediation and Arbitration in disputes involving computer programs and franchises”, supported by the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, the BPTO, Sebrae, ABES (Brazilian Association of Software Companies) and ABF (Brazilian Franchising Association).
The event will have the participation of the president of the BPTO, Cláudio Furtado, the director of the Division of IP Disputes and External Relations of the WIPO, Ignácio de Castro, and the president of the CSD-ABPI, Manoel J. Pereira dos Santos, as well as representatives of the Ministry Science, Technology, and Innovation, Sebrae, ABES, and ABF.
