On August 2nd at 3 p.m., ABPI, LES Brazil, and ICC Brazil will hold the virtual roundtable “Conversations with the BPTO and Experts – Understanding the Changes in Contract Registration.” The event aims to discuss Ordinances 26 and 27 issued on July 11, 2023, which deal with contract registration at the BPTO. The roundtable will feature Júlio César Castelo Branco Reis Moreira, President of the BPTO, and Bernardo Soares Teixeira Bemvindo, General Coordinator of Technology Contracts at the BPTO.
The invited experts for the discussion are:
Tatiana Campello, 2nd Vice President of ABPI and LES Brazil Council Member; Paula Mena Barreto, President of LES Brazil; Karina Haidar Müller, Director of LES Brazil; Cândida Caffé, Co-coordinator of ABPI’s Technology Transfer Study Committee, LES Brazil Council Member, and member of ICC Brazil’s IP Committee; José Mauro Decoussau Machado, Coordinator of ABPI’s Competition Law Study Committee and member of ICC Brazil’s IP Committee; and Louis Lozouet, President of ICC Brazil’s IP Committee.
