The BPTO and APEX-Brasil sign a technical cooperation agreement

On February 4th, ABPI, the BPTO (Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office), and APEX-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) signed a technical cooperation agreement to encourage the use of IP as a competitive tool for the internationalization of Brazilian companies, besides strengthening Apex-Brasil’s investment attraction programs. At the virtual event, ABPI was represented by its President, Luiz Edgard Montaury Pimenta, which also had the participation of Carlos Da Costa, the Special Secretary for Productivity, Employment and Competitiveness at the Ministry of Economy.
