On the second day of ABPI’s International Congress, one of the themes presented in the Table Topics was “The analysis of contracts by the BPTO and the Economic Freedom Act”. Dirceu Teruya, a researcher in IP and General Coordinator of Technology Contracts at the BPTO, and Márcio Junqueira Leite, Counsel at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, were invited to discuss the matter.
