Reinaldo Bulgarelli will be the guest speaker at the lunch lecture on “LGBTQIAP+ Diversity: Respecting Rights and Inclusive Environments as Promoters of Equity.” ABPI’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee organizes this exclusive event. As an educator and consultant in the field of Diversity and Inclusion, particularly related to Human Rights, Bulgarelli serves as the Executive Secretary of the Forum of Companies and LGBTI+ Rights (established in 2013) and is the author of the book Diversos somos Todos (We Are All Diverse), which addresses topics such as promoting and managing diversity within organizations. He was nominated for the Brazilian National Human Rights Award in 2002 and received the Africa-Brazil Award in 2007 for affirmative action in racial relations and diversity.
