Plan to Fight against Piracy Approved

Published in the Brazilian Official Gazette, Resolution No. 3, of December 3, 2021, of the National Council to Combat Piracy and Crimes Against Intellectual Property, within the scope of the National Plan to Combat Piracy, which includes crimes against intellectual property. The plan established short, medium, and long-term goals, and the actions planned are divided into four axes: Institutional, Prevention, Training, and Educational.
