Persons with Disabilities and the Labor Market

ABPI’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee is organizing the event “Persons with Disabilities and the Labor Market” to be held on December 7th at 4:30 p.m. (BRT).

The event marks the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (12/03), a date instituted by the United Nations (UN) to bring awareness to society on the importance of a better quality of life for everyone with disabilities.

Online, free and exclusive to ABPI members, the event is the result of recent research developed by ABPI’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee to understand the challenges faced by companies and persons with disabilities and will feature the participation of Eliane Ranieri and Eduardo Conrado Silveira.

Elaine Ranieri is a member of the Steering Committee of REIS – the Business Network for Social Inclusion and of the LGBTI+ Business and Rights Forum, and a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at Talento Incluir. Eduardo Conrado Silveira is a lawyer, a Life Member of the Special Commission on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities at OAB/SP, and Vice President of the Brazilian Association of Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy – ABRAFEU.
