The Brazilian Intellectual Property Association – ABPI signed a cooperation agreement with the Chilean Intellectual Property Association – ACHIPI, in which there will be an important exchange of information, in addition to promoting the events of the two associations in their respective countries, as well as discussions of IP-related issues in both countries. With the partnership, the two entities may still provide mutual discounts to their respective members.
ABPI’s XXXIX International Congress on Intellectual Property, which will take place from August 25 to 27 in Rio de Janeiro, is one of the most important of its kind in Latin America. It brings together between 700 and 1,000 participants among executives, lawyers, members of the judiciary, executive and legislative powers and experts in the field. The XII Conference of Intellectual Property of ACHIPI will take place on August 1st and 2nd, 2019.
