Since February 9th, the users of the BPTO have been able to access the new availability panel concerning its systems and services. With the new version, the availability and status of the institute’s systems and services can be checked in real-time, besides allowing access to reports of occurrences, scheduled maintenance, and systems unavailability.
The availability section reports the current status of the systems and the percentage they have remained available in the past 24 hours. The flashing area compares the current volume of protocols performed with the average of what was verified in the same time range of the last 60 days. The other areas consist of the disclosure of general events that negatively impact the services offered by the BPTO (under construction); scheduled maintenance windows on the Institute’s portal in 2021; and system unavailability reports.
