Inventions Implemented by Computer Programs

On the last day of ABPI’s 40^th International Congress, the Table Topics time changed and they were presented in the morning. Many issues were highlighted.

Marcio Merkl, partner of ABREU, MERKL, and Director-Editor of ABPI led the international Table Topic on “Inventions Implemented by Computer Programs”. To discuss the topic, he received technology and telecommunications patent experts Michael R. Nye from Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C., from the United States and Christof Karl, partner at Bardehle Pagenberg, from Germany.
