Injunctive Relief in Arbitration

The Arbitration Chamber of ABPI’s Dispute Resolution Center – CSD-ABPI promotes another webinar. This time the discussed topic will be “Injunctive Relief in Arbitration”. The event takes place on June 30th at 5:30 pm (BRT).

To debate the issue, the Arbitration Chamber of the CSD-ABPI invited the Judge of the 2nd Corporate, Insolvency and Arbitration Court of the city of São Paulo, Andréa Galhardo Palma; Luciana Yumi Hiane Minada, lawyer specializing in intellectual property; and Alexandre Atheniense, lawyer with expertise in Digital Law and Intellectual Property and Judicial Expert in these areas.

The online event is free for ABPI members, but non-members can also participate by paying a registration fee.
