Get ready for ABPI’s Congress next year in Foz do Iguaçu
After the success of ABPI’s International Congress on Intellectual Property last August, in Rio de Janeiro, it is time to plan to attend the next edition of the event, in Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, August 22-25, 2020.
It is remarkable. ABPI’s Congress is the largest and most important of its kind in Latin America, and for four days it brings together, in a single venue, more than 700 participants, and more than one-third of them coming from abroad. The opportunity is unique to expand networking and strengthen relationships in a working and socializing environment.
Come discuss with entrepreneurs, magistrates, government officials, parliamentarians, lawyers, and academics, among the leading experts in Intellectual Property, from Brazil and abroad, topical issues of the global innovation market.
We will discuss in several panels, plenary sessions and round-tables aspects of the market globalization movement from the perspective of Intellectual Property. Themes include research and development and technological innovation in the field of agribusiness, renewable energy, as well as several other sectors, such as medicines, software and the automotive industry. At the legal level, we shall address essential aspects of Intellectual Property Law and the regulatory system, such as piracy, technology transfer, alternative dispute resolution systems and international trademark registration by the Madrid System, always in direct connection with the world of Business.
Come join the debates. And, by the way, enjoy the natural beauty of the Foz do Iguaçu Falls, the majestic engineering work of the Itaipu Hydroelectric Power Plant and other local attractions.
