Digital Evidence in IP Cases

The second day of the ABPI Congress concluded with Table Topic 5, which discussed “Obtaining and using digital evidence in intellectual property litigation.” The speakers were Daniel Adensohn de Souza, partner at Ricci Advogados Associados, and Luiz Augusto Filizzola D’Urso, partner at D’Urso e Borges Advogados Associados. The moderator of the Table Topic was Pedro Henrique Formaggio Jorge from Ricci Advogados Associados.
