CSD Discusses Arbitration and Mediation in Franchises

The Dispute Resolution Center of ABPI – the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association – invites you to the event “A Dialogue on Conflicts and Franchises – Topics of Interest in Arbitration and Mediation,” which will take place on November 5 at ABPI’s headquarters in São Paulo and will also be broadcast online. The goal of the event is to discuss strategic aspects of arbitration clauses, aiming to improve dispute management in the franchise sector.
