The Center for Dispute Resolution of ABPI (CSD-ABPI) and the Mediation Chamber (CMed-ABPI) invite members and partners to the event “Mediation in Corporate Crisis: Preserving Assets and Intellectual Property Relationships in Distressed Companies.” The session will take place on October 23 from 9:30 AM, in a hybrid format (online and in person) at ABPI’s São Paulo office: Alameda dos Maracatins, 1217, cj. 608, Moema.
The event is free for ABPI members and will feature Nathalia Mazzonetto (CMed-ABPI mediator) and Ana Paula Bernardino Paschoini (attorney at the Brazilian National Bank for Economic and Social Development – BNDES). Karin Klempp Franco, Director of CMed-ABPI, and Marcos Chucralla Moherdaui Blasi, Deputy Director of CMed-ABPI, will moderate.
The discussion will focus on the intersection of mediation, Intellectual Property, and corporate crisis, highlighting practical pathways to reach consensual solutions and balance stakeholder interests across the various proceedings available to support companies in difficulty.
