Corporate racial inclusion work
ABPI’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee will hold on April 5th at 5 p.m. (BRT), the webinar “MOVER movement and the work of Corporate Racial Inclusion”.
The webinar will feature Carlos Domingues, head of Change Mgmt, Culture, EVP, and Diversity and Inclusion at PepsiCo+ as a speaker. He has been a Human Resources professional for over 16 years, has a degree in the area, a degree in Accounting from São Judas University, and an MBA in Economics and HR from Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Domingues is moreover a board member of Alicerce Educação and is on the MOVER Board of Directors. Renata Shaw, a lawyer and ABPI Council member, will receive Domingues and moderate the webinar.
The event takes place in partnership with the MOVER Movement – Movement for Racial Equity, which was born from the union of large companies that operate in diverse sectors of the economy and embrace the common goal of eliminating inequality and racism in the labor market. The MOVER movement assumed, together with partner companies, the commitment to increase the participation of black professionals in its staff. The goal is to reach 10,000 leadership positions held by black people by 2030 and create opportunities for another 3 million.
The webinar will be free and open to anyone interested.
