Christophe Rapin is the President of LIDC (International League of Competition Law), an international organization dedicated to the study of Competition Law, Unfair Competition, and Intellectual Property. As a partner at Kellerhals Carrard in Lausanne, Switzerland, he is a member of the Geneva and Brussels Bar Associations and specializes in Swiss and European Law. With extensive experience in international distribution and franchising, Christophe Rapin possesses in-depth knowledge of sensitive issues at the intersection of Intellectual Property and Competition Law.
