CEDUC, WIPO, and the BPTO promote a course on Intellectual Property and Health
Under academic coordination by the Federal Supreme Court Judge of the 2nd Region Caroline Tauk, ABPI’s CEDUC (Centre for Continuing Education), the WIPO Summer School, and the BPTO (Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office) have launched the course Intellectual Property and Health.
With online classes on 7 – 18 February, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (BRT), the course aims to provide lawyers and professionals in the health sector with data on the pharmaceutical patent market in Brazil and worldwide, besides debating topics such as Drug Price Regulations in Brazil, Vaccine Protection, Biodiversity, among others.
