To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Chamber (CASD-ND) of ABPI’s Dispute Resolution Center (CSD-ABPI) will host the webinar 25 Years of the UDRP – New Trends in Domain Name Disputes. The event will take place on May 8 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM (BRT).
The webinar will provide a retrospective on the UDRP, analyze current jurisprudential trends, and discuss its future. The session will offer valuable insights into the impact and evolution of the UDRP in today’s landscape.
Wilson Pinheiro Jabur, Director of CASD-ND, and Fernanda Beser, Deputy Director of CASD-ND, will lead the event.
The event is free of charge for ABPI members.
