“Predictability and Legal Security of Intellectual Property in Brazil” is the theme that the Business Committee will bring to a discussion at the round table that will take place on December 2nd, from 9 am to 12 pm, at Casa do Saber, Rio de Janeiro. With moderation of the Committee’s coordinator, Jorge Ávila, the event shall count with the participation of debaters Federal Judge Simone Schreiber of the 2nd Region, L’Oreal of Brazil’s Institutional Relations Director, Patrick Sabatier, and Fin Health’s CEO, John Paul Vasco Poiares Batista. “The idea is to bring out the diversity of decisions, thus contributing to the construction of better jurisprudence on the subject”, explains Ávila.
