Book “15 Years of CSD-ABPI” Available for Free Download

The e-book “15 Years of CSD-ABPI: Commentary on SACI-Adm” is now available for free download. The collective work examines Brazil’s administrative dispute-resolution system for cases involving “.br” domain names.

Spanning 427 pages, the book features contributions from experts at ABPI, NIC.br and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), alongside professionals experienced in applying SACI-Adm. It provides commentary on the system’s regulations in light of administrative case law and the practical experience of accredited institutions. The publication is supported by NIC.br and CGI.br.

At the book launch on May 20, CSD-ABPI—the ABPI Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Center—and NIC.br celebrated a partnership that has transformed the out-of-court resolution of disputes involving “.br” domain names and consolidated Brazil’s leading position in alternative mechanisms for resolving digital conflicts.

The event, followed by a cocktail reception, was supported by CGI.br—the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee—and NIC.br, highlighting the institutional importance of Brazil’s internet ecosystem.
