Basic Course on Domain Name Disputes

The ABPI Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Center (CSD-ABPI) has opened registration for the 2026 edition of its Basic Course on Domain Name Disputes, which will run over five classes beginning on September 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. (Brasília time).

The course covers domain name dispute resolution procedures under the SACI-Adm and is a prerequisite for joining the roster of experts of ABPI’s Domain Name Dispute Resolution Chamber (CASD-ND).

It is coordinated by Wilson Pinheiro Jabur, President of the CSD-ABPI, and Fernanda Beser, Deputy Director of the CASD-ND.

 Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 to 8 p.m. (Brasília time), except October 15, when the class will run from 9 to 11 a.m.
The course is open to everyone interested, with special terms for ABPI members and already accredited experts.
