Advertising Law Course

Registrations are now open for the Advertising Law Course offered by the Continuing Education Center of ABPI – Ceduc. The course aims to provide an international perspective on the legal aspects of Advertising Law from the standpoint of self-regulatory bodies, the judiciary, advertisers (companies), and lawyers.

Designed for advertising professionals and lawyers, the course lasts 12 hours, with six online classes, from October 4th to October 16th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (BRT). Renowned international experts will participate, and companies such as Unilever, Heineken, Suzano, Globo, and Haleon will be present.

The course is coordinated by Fernanda Magalhães, a member of the ABPI Council, coordinator of the Sports and Electronic Games Study Committee of ABPI, and a member of the judging panel of the CONAR (Brazilian Advertising Self-Regulation Council) Ethics Council, and by Valdir Rocha, a member of the ABPI Council.
