On November 27, Carlos Baigorri, President of the Brazilian National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) welcomed Rodrigo Azevedo, Director of ABPI’s Digital Law Dispute Resolution Chamber (CDD), and Maria Cristina Machado Cortez, Deputy Director.
During the meeting, the directors of ABPI’s Digital Law Dispute Resolution Chamber (CDD) demonstrated how – through a fast, efficient, and neutral dispute mechanism, addressing both technical and legal issues – the CDD serves the fast-paced IT and Telecom market.
With fast-track mediation and arbitration, expert determination for technical issues, and ODR (Online Dispute Resolution), CDD’s dispute resolution procedures are entirely digital. The Chamber is fully prepared to address IT and Telecom-related issues, conducting procedures that are typically initiated and concluded within an average timeframe of 30 to 90 days.
