We cannot deny that today there is a legal transformation taking place with telecommuting and the adoption of soft skills, with lawyers increasingly concerned with the relationship with their clients, considering a more active listening and empathy.
To talk about this subject, ABPI invited the lawyer and coach Ana Paula Halla to its podcast. The interview was attended by Paulo Parente, a lawyer specialized in Intellectual Property and member ABPI’s Council.
“When we quote lawyer 4.0, we immediately think of a highly technological lawyer, but here we speak of those who can see legal practice differently. Behavioral skills such as creativity, critical thinking, humanization in the relationship with the team, and flexibility”, highlights Ana Paula, who defines herself as “a lawyer passionate about human resources management”. The lawyer is a mentor and specialist in contracts and Executive LLM from CEU Law School, with an MBA in business management from FGV, and certified in transformational leadership from Dom Cabral Foundation.
