ABPI speaks up on plain packaging for tobacco products

 ABPI submitted a letter to Senator Leila Barros (PSB / DF), rapporteur of Senate Bill ​​769/2015, which is pending in the Constitution, Justice and Citizenship Committee of the Federal Senate (CCJ), with a Technical Note expressing opposition to standardized packaging for tobacco products. In the document ABPI points out the risks of violation of the Brazilian Federal Constitution and infra-constitutional legislation.
