ABPI Corporate Committee debates the future of innovation in Brazil
ABPI’s Corporate Committee will hold a roundtable on November 17 starting at 9 a.m. (BRT), to discuss the expectation of innovation in Brazil after the elections. The event will present relevant indicators and information besides addressing Brazil’s unprecedented position in the GII Ranking, the Global Innovation Index.
The roundtable will be composed of Zeina Latif, director at Gibraltar Consultoria and has previously served as chief economist at XP Investimentos. She was Secretary of Economic Development for the State of São Paulo and holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of São Paulo (USP). Also present will be José Graça Aranha, the WIPO representative for Sustainable Development in Geneva and José Luis Gordon, President of EMBRAPII – Brazilian Company for Industrial Research and Innovation. Patrícia Gestic, the coordinator of ABPI’s Corporate Committee, will be the moderator of the roundtable.
The event will be held in a hybrid format, with the in-person event taking place at the ABPI office in São Paulo (Alameda dos Maracatins, 1217 – conj. 608 – Moema). The meeting is exclusive to members of ABPI’s Corporate Committee, in-person or virtual mode.
