ABPI Congress has dates and venue changed in tandem with the recovery of the economy

Committed to social responsibility and engaged in the Ministry of Health’s effort to avoid unnecessary exposure to COVID-19, ABPI has postponed the 40th edition of its International Congress on Intellectual Property for the last quarter of 2020. The location will also be changed, and the event will take place in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, aiming to reduce the need for travel. ABPI will soon announce new information on the Congress, which shall have a calendar aligned with other Intellectual Property events planned for the period.

 In the last quarter of 2020, there will be a lot of commitment and reconstruction, to return Brazil towards the path of growth. ABPI is committed to fostering the economy and believes that the annual Congress will help to promote business recovery, with debates about the challenges of the digital economy and its narrowing with the knowledge economy, in addition to bringing together the main companies and experts in an event that has established itself as the largest and most important of its kind in Latin America.

 Reiterating its commitment to national development, ABPI has also confirmed the scheduling of the 41st edition of its International Congress to August 2021, in the city of Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil.
