ABPI confirmed for another mandate at GIPI

ABPI was confirmed for another mandate as an institution representing Civil Society that will participate, along with other entities, in the meetings and activities of the Interministerial Group on Intellectual Property (GIPI). Approval was given for a two-year term, based on SEPEC Resolution No. 6 of November 28, 2022, of the Ministry of Economy.

GIPI was created by Resolution GIPI/ME of July 1, 2021, which, in turn, approved the Action Plan for the implementation and monitoring of ENPI (Brazilian National Intellectual Property Strategy)
