2nd Scientific Meeting of ABPI Study Committees in June
The ABPI Study Committees will hold their 2nd Scientific Meeting from June 12-16. The meeting aims to foster technical discussions on each of the Intellectual Property topics studied by the respective Committee.
The event will feature three daily panels at 9 am, 11 am, and 5 pm (BRT) to discuss relevant topics in the field. The schedules were thoughtfully designed to ensure everyone can participate, regardless of their availability.
Throughout the event, we’ll cover important themes such as business secrets versus data protection in the Brazilian GDPR, social influencers’ responsibility for brand use and publicity, the BPTO’s plans under the new government, patents and innovation, piracy prevention, Standard Essential Patents and FRAND licensing, Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property in Sports, Protection of graffiti and street art through Copyright, and Brazil’s Accession to the Hague Agreement.
Registration is now open, and you can check out the program and register through the ABPI App. This event is free for ABPI members and students. Others interested in the addressed themes can also participate by paying a registration fee. Please note that undergraduate students must send a supporting document to firstname.lastname@example.org.
