5th CSD-ABPI Moot to Be Held In Person in Rio de Janeiro

The 5th CSD-ABPI Moot, a simulated arbitration competition organized by the Dispute Resolution Center of ABPI, is coming soon.

Scheduled for August 15 and 16, this edition features two major highlights: it will be held in person in Rio de Janeiro and will precede the Global Innovation Meeting – ABPI 2026.

Registration for teams composed of universities, law firms, and academic organizations will open soon.

The CSD-ABPI Moot is now consolidated as Brazil’s first arbitration competition dedicated exclusively to Intellectual Property. Inspired by renowned international competitions, the event simulates an arbitral proceeding involving a fictional IP dispute.
