CSD Hosts Workshop on the Most Challenging Conflicts

On October 16, starting at 9:30 AM (BRT), the Mediation Chamber of ABPI’s Dispute Resolution Center (CSD-ABPI) will host the workshop “Facing the Challenge: Approaches to Resolving the Most Difficult Conflicts.” The event will feature attorney Gary Birnberg, a mediator and arbitrator with expertise in resolving complex, commercial, and international disputes. The opening will be led by CSD-ABPI President Manoel J. Pereira dos Santos, with moderation by Karin Klempp Franco, Director of CMed-ABPI, and Marcos Chucralla Moherdaui Blasi, Deputy Director of CMed-ABPI.

The hybrid event (free for ABPI members) will be held at ABPI’s headquarters in São Paulo (Alameda dos Maracatins, 1,217, Suite 608, Moema).
