Domain Name Disputes: How to Master Them
The CSD – ABPI Dispute Resolution Center opens registrations for the Domain Names course of CASD-ND / CSD-ABPI, which will take place on November 28 and 30, and December 5 and 7, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (BRT). All classes will be conducted online.
The course will cover domain name dispute resolution procedures according to the rules of the Administrative System of Internet Conflict Resolution regarding domain names under ‘.br,’ drawing parallels with the UDRP – Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy.
Course completion is also one of the regulatory requirements for potential candidates who wish to join the CSD-ABPI Experts Board.
The course’s organization is led by Wilson Pinheiro Jabur and Fernanda Varella Beser, respectively Director and Deputy Director of the Domain Names Chamber (CASD-ND) of CSD-ABPI.
