Software and Biotechnology in the USA

ABPI invites its members to the webinar on “Patent Eligibility in the areas of Software and Biotechnology in the USA,” featuring lectures by Gordon Klancnik and Hasan Ahmed, patent attorneys from the Office of Policy and International Affairs (OPIA) at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The event, promoted in partnership with the USPTO, will take place on May 9th at 3:30 pm (BRT) at the ABPI headquarters in Rio de Janeiro (Rua da Alfândega, 108 – Centro) and will also be accessible online.
