Registration for the 3rd CSD-ABPI Moot opens in early April

Registration for the 3rd CSD-ABPI Moot, the Intellectual Property arbitration competition promoted by ABPI’s Dispute Resolution Center (CSD-ABPI), will open on April 5th and continue until June 2nd. The event will take place on July 4th, 8th, and 9th, and the fictitious case on which the competitors will focus during the event will be announced on March 24th.

The third edition of the CSD-ABPI Moot has been improved based on the experience gained from the previous successful editions. Drawing inspiration from renowned competitions of the genre, this is the first competition in Brazil to exclusively focus on two of the most exciting areas of Law: Arbitration, in its procedural aspect, and Intellectual Property, in its material aspect.
