BPTO publishes report on patent appeals and nullities

A report on patent appeals and nullities in 2012-2020 has been available on the BPTO website since the end of September. Produced by the Technical Coordination of Appeals and Administrative Proceedings of Nullity of Patents (COREP) of the General Coordination of Appeals and Administrative Nullity Proceedings (CGREC), the report allows for assessing whether the processes are completed, and the decisions made in the second instance.
