ABPI and ASIPI (Asociación Interamericana de la Propiedad Intelectual) have just signed a cooperation agreement to exchange activities in the academic, technical, and scientific fields of Intellectual Property.
The two entities are committed to the joint coordination and organization of seminars, roundtables, webinars, podcasts, and other events aimed at disseminating the matter. The cooperation also extends to the mutual promotion of the annual congresses of the two associations through their dissemination channels and coordinated actions in articles, studies, essays, and other works.
The agreement also aims to encourage extrajudicial means of resolving disputes by the members of the two entities through ABPI’s Center for Dispute Resolution, Mediation, and Arbitration (CSD).
