Copyright in election campaigns

On July 27th at 10 a.m. (BRT), ABPI will promote the webinar “Copyrights, Parodies and Election Campaigns”. The guest speakers are Vânia Aieta, a political scientist and lawyer specializing in Election Law and adjunct professor of the Post-Graduate Program in Law at the Faculty of Law of UERJ, and Karin Grau-Kuntz, a Ph.D. and master in law from the Ludwig Maximilians Universität (Munich) and Jurist at Meissner-Bolte (Munich) and Pedro Marcos Barbosa, a partner of Denis Borges Barbosa Advogados and professor at the Law Department at PUC-Rio. The event will be moderated by Gabriel Leonardos, the President of ABPI.
