Registration for the 3rd ABPI Patent of the Year Award is open until July 18th. In its third edition, and within the spirit of Society 5.0, the award will honor professionals and companies that have patented their innovations concerning human well-being in Brazil. As in the last two years, ABPI’s Congress will be the stage for the Award Ceremony.
Patent applications accepted or granted in force and filed in Brazil may compete for the Award. The Judging Committee will consider different weights for the following items: potential for generating social benefits (35%), the potential for generating economic benefits (30%), environmental impact (15%), internationalization of protection (10%), gender approach (5%), participation of Brazilian inventors (5%).
